Malinska → Mala Luka
canyon, konoba
A cove at the mouth of the Vrženica canyon east of Baška: a wild beach, a tavern and cliffs all around.
Mala Luka is a narrow cove on the east coast of Krk, past the cape from Baška, where the Vrženica canyon meets the sea. From land it is reached only on foot through the canyon, so from the sea it feels practically private: a pebble beach, a tavern open in summer and cliffs on both sides. From Malinska the route goes under the Krk bridge and down the east coast; this side is open to the sirocco, so we save it for bora or mistral days.
